Embracing our New Purpose-Built Campus

Reflecting on our journey to our new campus, it’s incredible to consider the strides we’ve made in realizing the vision of our founder, Sajida. Her foresight and dedication laid the groundwork for an educational community that thrives on innovation, integrity, and a deep commitment to holistic learning. As we transitioned from our cherished Aly Khan campus, it wasn’t just a move; it was a leap towards fulfilling Sajida’s dream on a grander scale.

Our quest for a new location was imbued with purpose. We sought a space that would resonate with our school’s values, our approach to education, and our vision for the future. Despite the urban setting’s limitations on space, we found our new home in Oyster Bay, arguably the most beautiful part of the city, and across from Masaki Sports Park, an unexpected blessing that offers our students unparalleled access to sports facilities.

The meticulous planning of our campus was guided by our holistic educational philosophy. Each decision, from the size and design of classrooms to the integration of natural elements, was aimed at inspiring our learners. The inclusion of spaces dedicated to science, art, sports, and the Leadership Center echoes our commitment to nurturing well-rounded individuals.

The urgency of our move added an unexpected layer of complexity to our journey. With just six months to build our new campus and a mid-year relocation, the challenge was monumental. Our previous campus was demolished just three days after we left, underscoring the immediacy of our transition. Navigating through this rapid change, we encountered teething problems, yet these have only strengthened our resolve to enhance our learning environment further, particularly our outdoor spaces, reflecting our belief in the importance of nature in nurturing the mind and body.

Sajida’s vision has always been a beacon for us, guiding our efforts to provide an educational experience that transcends the traditional. The transition to our purpose-built campus marks a significant milestone in our journey, embodying our resilience, adaptability, and commitment to excellence. It’s a testament to how far we have come in delivering on Sajida’s mission, and we hope she would be proud of the community we continue to build.

As we forge ahead, the challenges of moving and settling mid-year remind us of our collective strength and dedication. Our new campus is not merely a space for learning; it is a vibrant community that stands as a testament to our founder’s dream, a place where every student is empowered to achieve their full potential. This new chapter in our story is not just about growth and expansion; it’s a heartfelt tribute to Sajida’s enduring legacy and a reaffirmation of our mission to nurture leaders through an international education that is challenging, holistic, and wholesome.
